Story Line~
It has been discovered that a pack of
wolves lives in an Alaskan Tundra forest, several miles away from
civilization. But what makes this pack so important? The wolves have
powers, they can control elements, teleport, and even use telekinesis.
The news has been held to this part of Alaska, where a couple villages
are the only signs of human life, and a large storage building, which is
secretly an underground organization. Bent on capturing and using the
wolves as experiments for their own selfish needs (creating weapons for
war, and controlling the government), the organization has succeeded in
keeping the villages quiet. Though the Alaskan natives feel what the
organization is doing to the wolves is wrong. Some of them protect and
hide the wolves, saving them from the organization. The wolf pack is
getting smarter, they understand what is being done to them, so a secret
rebellion begins...

The rp itself starts with the wolves safe in
the forest. The organization doesn't know about them yet, but a man
sees them one day. He's from the American government, and is searching
for a new war weapon against terrorists, when he spots a young pup using
his power, he tranquilizes him and takes him back to the storage
building for experimenting. This is where the organization begins...

Shootingstar flattened her ears. She looked to Shade and then back to the pup. "Who are you?" She demanded, oblivious to the young wolf's deafness. Her mind wasn't quite off of Coryn, but the distraction of the new comer was both welcome and needing to be dealt with.

Pepper

She frowned watching one of the bigs open and close their mouth. It was just like her mother did sometimes when she was mad. She smelt at the air hoping she wasn't angry but there were so many emotions that she couldn't quiet tell. This was always the worst part, not understanding. She hated that feeling.

Crevan frowned. He nudged ShootingStar "I think the pups scared." His gaze softened as he knelt down next to Pepper and sniffed her. "I wonder..." he muttered

Star was in no mood to be soft. she glared at the pup. "You're tresspassing on our Territory. This is our cave." She jerked her head to the mouth of the cave, then swept her gaze over the inside. She then looked back to the pup.

Pepper opens and closes her mouth trying to figure out what they were doing. Then she smelt the anger coming from the white furred one. She whimpers laying down and rolls onto her back showing she didn't mean any harm.

Crevan looked at the pup thinking. A breeze made its way inside the cave, chilling him. He shivered as he looked to the cave opening then back to the pup. "It's rather strange that a pup would arrive just as we lost one of our own." He looked over the pup "I wonder if she is special."

ShootingStar jerked her head to Crevan and glared at him dangerously. Her eyes were wide and ablaze. "Coryn isn't lost! I will find him." She was bristling. Turning, she'd forgotten about the pup, or didn't care. The white alpha walked briskly into the woods.

The small pup watches the white one leave. She didn't like the strong scent of anger in the air. She whimpers softly not understanding why she was introuble. She sits up tall looking around in frustration.

Crevan watched her go and howled once, despair sticking in the cold air. He then muttered "You have to find something that is lost..." His eyes fell on the pup as he wondered why she was here and if she could be the key into finding Coryn.

Shade flattened her ears, watching her leader stride off. She looked away and let a soft sigh slip through her fangs. "I've never seen her this upset before.." She mutters to herself. Shade then looks over to the pup. "I wonder where her old pack is..or her parents. Or does she even have any..?" She looked over to Crevan, as if he had the answers.

Shootingstar sat deep in the woods. She was in a clearing, the air was warm from the sun, and the grass lush. It was a rare spot in the Tundra. Suddenly the air became chill cold, and every breath the she-wolf took spread out as white frost. She breathed deeply to calm herself, the grass now covered with a light dust of white. She closed her eyes, then opened them after a while. "I need to stay calm... I'll find Coryn. I have to deal with this lost pup first. It was harsh to yell at her, though... She didn't seem to hear me... Sure, she cowered.." But she didn't perk her ears, it was as if she wasn't listening! Star got up and ran back to camp, keeping her temper even.

"Coryns never been gone before..." He eyed the pup, still curious as well. If only she could explain... "Don't pups her age at least know how to speak a little? It's quite strange."

ShootingStar appeared back at the mouth of the cave. "I don't think so can, Crevan." She'd heard him talk about it. Her mind was running fast.

"Glad your back ShootingStar..." He dipped his head

(What?)

*She can, not so can.

Shootingstar brushed past Crevan. "I think she's deaf." She watched the pup.

"That would make some sense." He looked to the pup "Maybe that's why she's here. " Some packs had been known to abandon their pups if they were physically deformed.

She nodded. "Makes plenty of sense. Do we want to keep her? Because there is one way that will insure that we do..." She was referring to the pup having abilities. Any wolf could be a part of the pack, but it was not too likely for deformed pups and elders. They wouldn't be able to hunt and help the Pack, and would only hold them back. But if they had powers, it would make up for that lack completely.

Pepper looks around trying to figure out what the big ones were doing. She whines pacing uncomfortably.

Star stared at the pup. She wondered if she had any powers, and if she did, what they could be.

Pepper wobbles over to the white one she paws at her fur flicking her tail. It reminded her of her mother's warm fur. She paws again at the fur looking into the white one's eyes.

Suddenly everything falls silent. There is no noise but for some reason its quite normal. You open you are following a big white wolf. She looks at you and opens and closes her mouth. You smile copying her and jump around excited. She frowns and you feel a nip at your ear and nudges you away and she keeps walking. You stand up and follow and she repeats. Finally you understand and sit down watching the white wolf pad off.

Then your back watching the little pup jump around playfully wagging her little tail.

Shootingstar blinked when she came back. She didn't know what happened, just that she saw something that obviously wasn't there, and all was silent.

Pepper lays down resting her head on her paws feeling tired. She looks around then closes her eyes falling asleep.

Crevan blinks, unable to say a word. What had they just witnessed?

Shootingstar narrowed her eyes in thought. "I think she did that... I mean, I'm not sure. But don't you think so Crevan?"

"What other explanation could there be?" He grinned at the pup, wondering how exactly her power worked or what she could do.
