Polarpaw's eyes widened. Darkstar...? Realization hit her as she realized she would be mentored by the leader. "T-thank-you." She was almost speechless. She touched noses with her new mentor, bearing her new name proudly.

"Your welcome, Polarpaw." he smiled.

She dipped her head to Darkstar, then looked at Foxpaw excitedly.

Foxpaw padded to her new mentor and watched as her best friend became an apprentice. She purred happily.

"This Clan meeting is now over." Darkstar mewed, jumping down from High Ledge.

Polarpaw purred loudly. "Foxpaw!"

Pumpkinpaw purred quietly, glad that the two cats were finally made apprentices. But being so shy, he was unable to put it into words. Flicking an ear he stood and walked back to the apprentice' den.

Polarpaw trotted to the apprentice den, purring loudly. She spotted Pumpkinpaw and her ears perked up.

Foxpaw followed along to the apprentice den.

Darkstar leaped onto High Ledge, Lightning and Dust following close behind. "All cats fast enough to hunt rabbits, please gather beneath High Ledge for a Clan Meeting!" he yowled.

She followed Dark looking at the new cats

"By naming apprentices, we show that LightningClan will survive and remain strong.From this moment on, until he has earned her Warrior name, Lightning will now be known as Lightningpaw. RedDash, you are now ready to take on another apprentice. You will be mentor
to Lightningpaw. RedDash, you have shown yourself to be a warrior of great bravery and intelligence.I'm sure you will pass on all you know to this
apprentice." he mewed clearly.

She smiled putting her head to the apprentice. She purred at darks words happily

"From this moment on, until she he earned hisWarrior name, Dust will now be known as Dustpaw. " Darkstar paused, thinking of a warrior suitable to have an apprentice.

Polarpaw stood watching the two apprentices being accepted into the Clan. LightningClan is getting stronger... She thought happily

Foxpaw stood beside Polarpaw, eyes glinting in the sun.

Polarpaw looked to Foxpaw, remembering the day, recently, that the two had become apprentices together.

"Pantherheart, you are now ready to take on an apprentice. You will be mentor to Dustpaw. Pantherheart, you have shown yourself to be a warrior of great strength and cleverness.Though you are quite young, I'm sure you will pass on all you know to this apprentice." Darkstar smiled.

Pantherheart's yellow eyes widened in surprise as he padded up to the apprentice and his leader. He'd just become a warrior about a quarter moon ago. He nervously touched noses with the small pale brown tabby tom.

Polarpaw waited for Darkstar to call out their names, so she could welcome the new apprentices herself.

Dustpaw looked at the small tom in front of him. No wonder Darkstar had chosen Pantherheart for his mentor. They were both pretty small, so they were the perfect mentor, apprentice pair.

Lightningpaw smiled at RedDash. "i can't wait to learn about a Clan's way of life." he mewed in his surprisingly deep but soft voice.

"This Clan meeting is now over." Darkstar announced, jumping off of High Ledge.

"LIGHTNINGPAW! DUSTPAW!" Polarpaw called their names.

Foxpaw joined in, she couldn't wait to meet her new clanmates.

Lightningpaw and Dustpaw both jumped off of High Ledge along with Darkstar and Pantherheart.

Polarpaw watched them. She looked to Foxpaw, whiskers twitching.
