Cloudhaze padded into the Green Wood, her paws feeling cool on the grass that was quite wet with dew. She opened her mouth to smell for scents. Greenleaf wasn't the best time of her hunting, for her white fur, so she had to count on her agility to find today's prey. Soon, she smelled rabbit. Quick, yet quietly, stalking along she came to see a fairly large one. She laid her belly low, then ran for it, jumping straight atop of the rabbit, snapping it's neck.

Venturing far from her twolegs, Ginger trots through the Green Wood, interested by all the scents and sounds. She flicks her ears as she spots a rabbit in the far distance, she creeps towards it, but before she can make a move, she sees the white she-cat make her kill. Perking her ears, she merely stands and stares, wondering who this white cat might be.

Cloudhaze flicks an ear hearing the kittypet trampling now. She turned her head in the direction. "K-Kittypet.." She mumbled under her breathe, and slowly padded up the the small cat, letting out a light hiss in warning.

Ginger flattened her ears, taking a step back. Close up, this she-cat was larger than Ginger thought. Her green eyes were wide as she slowly dipped her head down, curling her tail around her paws. "H-hello..?" She mewed, nearly silently.

"W-What are you doing in our hunting territory, k-kittypet?" She tried to make 'kittypet' sound fierce, but failed flatly.

Ginger flicked an ear, picking up her head slightly. "I-I'm sorry but..What's a kittypet?" She asks, brushing the she-cat's previous question aside.

"A cat that is owned by twolegs. Someone with a c-collar, like yours. O-Oh, and please answer my first question, it'll make things easier." She sighed.

"Oh.." Her green eyes dart to the side before looking back up at the she-cat. "I didn't realize this some other cat's territory." Ginger plops down and sits, a wide smile now on her face, as if oblivious to the upset she-cat. "This is a really amazing place you have here! It smells amazing and there are so many creatures scuttling around..." She slowly trails off, lost in imaginings.

"B-But you aren't supposed to be here! You're scaring away our rabbits, our source of food!" She clenched her teeth, now this was getting into the safety of her Clan.

Ginger flicks an ear coming back to reality. She tilts her head amd stands up. "'Our'"? She echoed. "You mean..there are more cats like you?" Her voice slowly rises in slight shock.

She nods hesitantly. "Yes.. And many unlike me would have you hanging by a single claw by now. Especially cats in the other Clans." Frowning, she pulled up a paw to show her sharpened claws.

Ginger leaps back, utterly surprised at the she-cat's claws. "M-my..Those are sharp.." Her back is arched slightly and her fur puffed out like a frightened kit. "I'm a l-lucky kitten..huh? To have met such a nice cat like you..~" She smiles shyly, but it quickly fades away.

Her frown remains. "Don't think you're getting away so easily, kittypet. I-I'm going to have to report you too the Clan, and if you come back, they will show you what the claws can do." She flexed her claws.

" Shh! Quiet down! To our leader of course, she must know this. If you stay trampling across the moor, you'll cause the whole Clan to starve."

"Oh!" She plops to the ground, her paws neatly tucked beneath her and her ears flattened. "Then I'll be quiet as a mouse! I promise! I just don't want any serious trouble..!"

"That won't do anything. I could hear you from fox lengths away, dear." She tilted her head and licked some blood off her paw. " And if you start killing our prey, we will have issues."

Ginger scoffs tossing her head to the side. "I couldn't kill a rat's tail if I wanted to! But you-!" She stands up, invading the she-cat's personal space. "You caught that rabbit like it was a mouse! That was too cool!"

"T-Thank you..?" She slowly backs away, not liking the close up stranger. "That isn't my point. You must leave, since this isn't your territory."

Ginger's ears droop to the side of her head as she frowns. "Aww..Do I have to? I mean, it's really cool out here!" She looks around then back to the she-cat. "Oh! I never caught your name~. I'm Ginger!" She purrs.

"I'm Cloudhaze." She blinked, and nodded. "Yes you do, unless you really want to learn to hunt this prey on your own instead of eating rabbit pellets."

Ginger flattens her ears and stares at Cloudhaze in disgust. "I don't eat rabbit pellets..! That's for strays!" She then frowns a little. "But I don't wanna leave just yet.."
