Sageheart blinked at him like he was crazy, then stalked in the direction of the mouse. She kept very quiet as she stalked toward the prey, making sure she didn't step on any plants or dislodge any rocks. She stopped before she was too close to the mouse to alarm it. She pounced, and the mouse squeaked beneath her paws. She snapped its neck, then padded back up to Eaglestream with the mouse dangling by its tail. She dropped it at her paws. "Nice and plump. Its blood is still warm. You should kill something quickly before we get back to camp, so our kill is still fresh."
