Clan Camp

LightningClan's camp is surrounded by brambles and a few trees, and to those who don't know the territory well it is almost impossible to enter without being scratched badly by the thorns (and usually yowling in the process).

KestrelKit shrieked and dug her claws into the ground, trying to hold on.

Chaffinchkit ducked his head, leaning towards the ground t regain his balance. He shut his eyes tightly.

KestrelKit just plopped down on the ground, holding onto the ground.

The ground slowly stops its shaking, shuddering to a final halt.

KestrelKit opened her eyes and blinked, looking around slowly. "What happened?" She asked, her voice shaky.

Chaffinchkit trembled, cautiously opening his eyes. "I-I don't know!" he cried, voice shaking slightly. A feeble grin crept onto his face. "But that was exciting!"

Toxickit slowly raised himself from the ground. He flattened his ears irritably, wary and a bit confused.

She blinked, looking at ChaffinchKit, deciding to just go along with him. "Yeah! I wonder if it happened to the other clans too!"

Toxickit flicked an ear irritably. "I bet it didn't happen where I used to live. I don't know what you guys are thinking, living out here... This probably happens all the time."

Chaffinchkit glanced at Toxickit briefly, then turned back to his sister. "Oh, I bet it did! Or if it didn't, then it means we are super special!"

KestrelKit grinned. "Maybe Starclan is destroying the other clans so we can have the forest to ourselves!" She meowed excitedly.

Chaffinchkit nodded, excited. "Yeah, yeah! LightningClan rules all!"

She grinned, bouncing around. "LightningClan, LightningClan!"

Chaffinchkit flicked his tail. "Hey, let's go outside and see!"

(They're still in the warriors' den, right? o.o)

(Yeah, and I think they should become apprentices soon enough as they should be about 6 moons by now xD)

"Okay!" She mewed, tumbling out.

Ripplestar padded into camp, yawning slightly.

She looked at the leader and twitched her whiskers.

He looked at the.kit curiously.

Chaffinchkit perched on his tip toes, still excited by the earthquake. "Ripplestar, Ripplestar! Did you feel the shaking just now!"

Ripplestar nodded. "Yes, I did."

"What was it?" She asked excitedly.

"It's called an earthquake." He flicks his tail.

"Did it destroy all the other Clans?" Chaffinchkit meowed, ears perked.

"I'm not sure." He tilted his head.

KestrelKit sat down beside him. "Can ChaffinchKit and I go to the gathering so we can find out?" She asked curiously.

"Yeah yeah yeah Ripplestar! Please!" Chaffinchkit mewed eagerly.

"Please please please!" She begged, bouncing around the Tom.
