Camp Clearing

BrightEyes: *looks around and flicks tail, looks around and heads off towards the borders*

Shadownight nodded. "C'mon, Runningbrook." he smiled, nodding hello to Roseleaf.

Roseleaf smiled and nodded a small hello back, and continued walking.

Tumblekit lays down resting his head on his paws. He puff some air out at a flower watching it sway. He smiles pawing it down to the ground and lifts his paw so it springs back up again.

Roseleaf smiled at the kit. She loved kits. "What're you doing, there?" she asked quietly as she padded over to Tumblekit

Tumblekit: he looks up and flicks his tail smiling at the big cat. "flower"

She smiled "Pretty flower?"

Tumblekit: jumps around happily. "no!" he rolls over onto his back pawing at the air "Pretty Cat" he says liking the new word and testing it out himself, not 100% sure what it means.

She laughed "Thank you!" even though he had no clue it was a compliment. "Small flower?" Roseleaf tried to get some sort of adjective out of the kit.

Tumblekit: sucks on his paw looking at Roseleaf with a grin. He listens to her voice happily. "Are you my momma?" he asks sitting up.

Roseleaf shook her head "No. You don't know who your momma is?" she sat down next to Tumblekit, her tail leaning on her back.

Tumblekit: sniffs at the dirt pushing a clump around with his nose. "momma always come back"

RedDash yawned slightly her reddish fur was getting warmed by the sun

With a smile at RedDash, Roseleaf looked at Tumblekit, "Come back?"

Tumblekit: nods, he goes back to playing with his flower.

Roseleaf shook her head, confused. She tried to take on less words. "Come back? Where does momma come back from?"

Tumblekit chews on the flower "Momma goes away"

Roseleaf tilted her head "Away? Where away?"

Tumblekit: chews on the flower "I don't like that question. Ask another one"

Roseleaf laughed "Aw, you're adorable. Okay well when did momma leave?"

Tumblekit: "I don't have a momma"

Roseleaf tilted her head "No? Really?"

Tumblekit lays his head on his paws yawning. "I asked all the cats. No one my momma" he chews on the grass hungrily. "i'll find momma"

Echoheart yawned waking up

Roseleaf nodded "I'm sure you will."

Sandypaw came out of the apprentices' den, yawning. He then face-pawed himself because he forgot to go to Maskflicker. He grumbled something to himself, then went up to Roseleaf and Tumblekit and started asking questions. "Have you seen Maskflicker?" Of all things, he could never have thought that he would accidentally forget about his own training.
